Exchange & Return

Conditions:

If a piece of jewellery shouldn't meet your taste and you prefer another CREA JEWELS piece, you can exchange it. It is important that you inform us within the 14-day exchange period by e-mail to info@creajewels.com of your wish to exchange and tell us which piece of jewellery you have chosen instead. If you are not quite sure which pieces of jewellery you should choose instead, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us. We will of course be happy to advise you. Afterwards, we ask you to return the unworn and undamaged piece of jewellery to us in its original packaging. If you put a note in your return-package asking for an exchange, we can process your order more quickly.

If you are 100% sure that you do not want to keep the jewellery in your order, we find this very unfortunate, but will of course accept your return request without giving any reasons, as long as the 14-day return period after receipt of the order has not yet expired and the piece of jewellery shows no signs of use. You can also send us an e-mail in this situation and we will explain the further procedure to you. Please make sure that you send the jewellery back to us well packed and in its original packaging so that it arrives safely. As soon as the return package has reached our office and we have carried out a quality check, you will be refunded the amount of your order.

Please note that we will only take back jewellery that has been returned to us in perfect condition. For example, necklaces should be placed in the foam slots provided in the eve's box, otherwise they will get tangled in transit and we will no longer be able to offer them for sale. Thank you for your understanding!

Processing of your return or exchange package may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the return package.

Important information:

• Personalised jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Please note that products from the sale range are also excluded from the right of exchange and return.

• Please note that shipping costs for exchange or return packages are your responsibility.

• Parcels sent by "recipient pays shipping" cannot be accepted by us and will then be automatically returned to the sender.

• In the pre-Christmas period, the exchange or return period is extended to 30 days.

CREA JEWELS stands for handcrafted jewellery with great love for details in order to give each customer a special treat with her personal jewel. It would be a real shame if you ordered loads of jewellery to "try on" and then sent most of it back to us. This rash ordering ritual is unfortunately not compatible with our corporate philosophy and would force us in the long run to abandon the personal, handmade production of the jewellery. Of course, we don't want that at all to happen and therefor we hope you appreciate the individual value of your unique CREA JEWELS piece.
