1. Scope of application

The business transaction and delivery shall be carried out exclusively in accordance with the following general terms and conditions in the version applicable at the time of your order. General terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from the following provisions shall not apply. The following terms and conditions shall also apply exclusively if we carry out the delivery and service without reservation in the knowledge of terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from the following terms and conditions.

3. Conclusion of contract

The customer's order constitutes an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part. The customer will be notified of our acceptance by email.

The customer is bound to his order for 2 days from receipt of this order. The statutory right of revocation (right of withdrawal) remains unaffected.

The date of receipt of the order shall be notified to the customer without delay within the scope of the confirmation of receipt. 

4. Price and terms of payment

All prices are total prices. They include all taxes including VAT and duties but do not include shipping costs. You can find the shipping costs here. In the case of delivery to a non-EEA country, the consumer must pay all import and export charges, including any customs duties, fees and taxes. 

We accept the following method of payment: credit card. If no other method of payment is agreed, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full already upon conclusion of the contract.

5. The right of withdrawal

Information on exercising the right of withdrawal in the event of a purchase contract for the delivery of one or more goods in one consignment. 

5.1 Cancellation policy 

5.1.1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or email sent by post). You can use the enclosed Model withdrawal form , which is, however, not mandatory. 

In the run-up to Christmas, the cancellation period is extended to 30 days after receipt of the goods.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the cancellation right before the cancellation period. 

A refund can only be arranged for products that are returned to us in perfect condition and without signs of use.

Sale products are not eligible for return!

5.1.2 Consequences of revocation 

If you cancel this contract, we must refund any payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to make a repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. 

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

Please note that the goods must be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged during transport. It is best to use the CREA JEWELS box for the return.

Please keep in mind that the shipping costs for exchange or return packages are to be paid by yourself! 

6. Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 7 days after our confirmation of the concluded contract. The shipping costs stated in the online shop apply.

We generally deliver to all countries worldwide. The delivery will be made to the delivery address given by you - except in the case of other agreements. All information on availability, shipping time or delivery are only approximate values and do not represent binding or guaranteed delivery dates. If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and not to deliver them. In this case, you will be informed immediately. CREA JEWELS e.U. reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs, if such costs are incurred due to unsuccessful delivery or refused acceptance.

7. Retention of title.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. 

8. Declaration of consent to receive advertising emails

The customer agrees to receive news from our company about our products, current offers and other company-related information by means of advertising emails, in particular newsletters. 

9. Revocation to receive advertising emails

The customer may revoke his consent to receive such emails at any time as follows: by confirming the button "unsubscribe". 

10. Notes on COVID-19 

COVID-19 Update

We want to protect ourselves and our employees as best as possible and therefore we have decided to temporarily close our manufactory due to the massive spread of COVID-19 infections. Of course, our hard-working CREA JEWELS bees will continue to work and are available for you around the clock. Your orders will of course continue to be packed and shipped.

Please bear in mind that certain pieces of jewellery may not be in stock and it may take a little longer for us to get back to work and produce them for you.
