CREA JEWELS stands for high quality and individuality in workmanship. Each of our 925 sterling silver jewellery pieces is made by hand in a sustainable and precise manner in our family jewellery manufactory. In addition to the 3 micron surface refinement, high-quality freshwater pearls and zirconia stones are used, which are all inserted into the jewellery by hand. We only use hypoallergenic materials, which means that our jewellery is nickel-free and therefore does not cause any skin irritations.
925 sterling silver is the highest quality and noblest form of silver that we use for our jewellery. The golden and metallic accents of the jewellery are created by solid 18ct gold plating or rhodium plating. In addition, our jewellery is exclusively gold-plated with a 3 micron gold plating thickness, which is why, with adequate handling and good care, the products will last for years without losing their shine or gold plating.
As each piece of jewellery is handmade, minimal variations and irregularities may occur.
Care
Your CREA JEWELS jewellery will sparkle for a very long time with the help of a few tricks!
If necessary, polish the surface with a silver polishing cloth. Silver jewellery oxidises through contact with air - therefore you should wear your jewellery as often as possible and store it in dry rooms. Our supplied jewellery box and our Velvet Bag are ideal for storage. To avoid scratches, do not pack several pieces of jewellery in one bag.
The jewellery should always be taken off during sports, showering, at night and when sunbathing. Contact with cosmetics, body care products, perfume or cleaning agents will damage the surface of the jewellery in the long run. Impacts lead to dents and scratches because the precious metal is soft in its component parts. Also protect your jewellery from fumes, grease and oils - especially pearl jewellery. How quickly or slowly your jewellery wears out can also depend on the pH value of your skin and the type of jewellery care you use.
Additionally, silver is an organic metal. If you wear your jewellery day in and day out and it will accompany you for years, then bear in mind that it is natural for the plating to wear off or for a scratch to appear. Therefore, it is important to follow our care tips and to clean our jewellery with a good silver cleaning cloth from time to time.
For jewellery that have seen better days, we also offer a new gold-plating service. On request and for a small surcharge, we will gladly gold-plate your jewellery with a higher micron layer thickness to extend the life of your favourites to infinity.
